I will be checking in with you, to see if the treatment is too intense. This is a powerful and deep treatment, to restore balance in your body, though it should not be experienced as painful. Together we will look for the right amount of pressure and the right tempo.

You might experience soreness or tenderness in the treated areas afterwards, this can last a couple of days. Be gentle with yourself during this time. And it's important to drink enough water afterwards to ensure the discharge of toxins that have been released by your body.
