Touch is healing. Every human being needs touch. Physical contact reduces stress, helps you relax, alleviates physical complaints and strengthens your immune system. Touch helps you to feel. Feeling invites healing. To feel deeper how you are right now. To feel what you need.
BodyMind
I approach the body and the mind as one whole. I don't see them as separate, they are interconnected. The state of the mind affects the state of the body and state of the body affects the state of the mind. The mind is the invisible part of the body and the body is the visible part of the mind. We start with the body. When the body relaxes, the mind will follow on it's own. Where do you feel tension? Where do you feel a blockage? How does it feel to be touched? Being present with and open to whatever is there during a session can help to create space for insight on how come things are the way they are.
Being
It's all about our well-being and feeling whole. When our bodymind and our center of being are in alignment, we feel balanced, relaxed and happy. We feel like we belong and are exactly where we are supposed to be. Holistic massage intends to seek a path towards your alignment, through presence, touch and massage technique.
